Dinima rope

I. Product features:

Dinima rope, also known as Futai fiber rope, the mooring rope made of Dyneema fiber has become an ideal marine rope with its outstanding strength/weight ratio. Dinima rope has the advantages of extremely high strength (about 1.5 times higher than that of steel wire rope with the same diameter), extremely light weight (about 87.5% lighter than that of steel wire rope with the same diameter), low elongation, good wear resistance, good fatigue resistance, good flexibility, corrosion resistance of most chemicals, floating water, ultraviolet radiation resistance and so on, which is more convenient and faster to use and operate (for example, the army can improve the rapid ability of mobile operations under certain circumstances, etc.) (The diameter of chemical fiber cable (polyester) (nylon or nylon) with the same strength is about 60%, and its weight is 25%).

II. Performance introduction:

Super abrasion resistance: abrasion resistance (the most abrasion resistance among all plastics) and low friction coefficient (second only to PTFE).

Super low temperature resistance (under the condition of liquid helium temperature of-269°C, it can still maintain useful impact resistance, toughness and ductility without breaking)

Low density, light weight (density less than water, < 1g/cm3)

Very low water absorption

Physiological inertia (most levels can be used in contact with food) meets FDA certification.

Dinima rope has moderate mechanical strength, rigidity, good creep resistance and excellent machinability.

Excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance

High energy radiation resistance (gamma-ray, X-ray)

Good electrical performance

III. Operating temperature:

Dinima rope has a wide range of cold resistance and heat resistance: it can maintain a certain mechanical strength at -60 degrees Celsius, and the heat resistance temperature is 80-100 degrees Celsius.

IV. Scope of application:

Mooring cables made of Dyneema fiber, such as mooring (military: ideal ship cable) (civil), salvage at sea, transportation, port towing, etc., are high-strength and light-weight cables in the world.
